Black annealed binding wire is a soft iron wire product made of low carbon steel by cold drawing, heating, constant temperature, and heat preservation. The hot metal billet is rolled into a 6.5mm thick steel bar, that is, a wire rod, which is then put into a drawing device and drawn into wires of different diameters, and the aperture of the drawing disk is gradually reduced for cooling, annealing, coating and other processing. Craftsmanship makes wires of various specifications.Anneal is to low the tensile strength of wire. The stove is solid and built with red bricks. The architecture of anneal stove is cuboid. Annealed wire is a good material for binding wire. Different thickness of wire require different temperature. Range is from 700°C to 900°C.
